We lead the nation in state-of-the-art diagnosis and management options for cardiovascular disease, including the longest active veterinary open-heart surgical program in the world, imaging equipment that exceeds the capabilities of most human hospitals, and a state-of-the-art cardiac operating room. We treat over 2,000 animals per year from all over North America and are committed to working with your veterinarian to facilitate the best possible outcome for your pet’s heart disease.

We are a leading heart team center for the treatment of congenital cardiac disease and the first established center in the world to perform transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair (TEER) with a V-Clamp device.

Support our work by giving to the Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery fund.
