Veterinary Health Campus Tours

We offer regular tours Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4-5 p.m. throughout the year. There are no tours on national holidays. Tour times are subject to change. Regular tours are limited to 10 people.

Custom tours (groups of more than 10 people, private tours, special community or school groups, etc.) are considered on a very limited basis, with at least two weeks’ notice. Custom tours can only be scheduled during regular tour hours.

Tours of the Johnson Family Equine Hospital must be requested as a custom tour through our request form as they are not always available during regular tour times. Johnson Family Equine Hospital tours are subject to change and staff availability.

Due to construction, tours of the Livestock Veterinary Services building are currently unavailable.

Please note before booking your tour:

• All tour guests must be over the age of 14.
• The walking tour lasts about one hour. Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, and a jacket is recommended. If you have been out of the country in the last 30 days, please wear shoes that did not travel abroad with you.
• To protect patient privacy, please do not take photos of clients, doctors, or pets. You are welcome to take photos of equipment and buildings.
• If you would like to meet with a pre-vet advisor during your visit to CSU, please contact Health Professions Advising to schedule an appointment.

If you are taking a general Colorado State University campus tour, we recommend you take the 8:30 a.m. campus tour so you don’t miss the 4 p.m. hospital tour start time.
