Evaluations – 90 minutes: $199
Individual treatments – 60 minutes:
- Treatment with PT or veterinarian – $189
- Treatment with technician – $158
General packages:
- Three-visit package – $499
- Seven-visit package – $999 (seventh visit is free)
- 14-visit package – $1,800 (25% discount)
Orthopedic packages:
- Basic two-visit package – $285 (10% discount), includes treatments day 0, 1
- Intermediate four-visit package – $549 (15% discount), includes treatments day 0, 1, and week 2, 8
- Comprehensive eight-visit package – $1,029 (25% discount), includes treatments day 0, 1, and week 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Neurology post-operative packages:
- Basic two-visit package – $285 (10% discount), includes treatments week 2, 6
- Intermediate seven-visit package – $999 (15% discount), includes once-weekly visits for 7 weeks
- Comprehensive 14-visit package – $1,800 (25% discount), includes twice-weekly visits for 7 weeks

To cover the cost of thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing spaces throughout the hospital – including hazardous material disposal and biohazard surveillance and response – a $15 environmental cleaning and safety fee is charged for each visit.

A referral is required to visit the Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy service. To request an appointment, ask your veterinarian to complete the referral form. Once we have received your referral, our clinical coordinator will contact you to schedule an appointment.

We can accommodate drop-off appointments.

A referral from the patient’s primary care veterinarian is required to schedule a rehabilitation or physical therapy appointment. To refer a case, complete the referral form.
