Tomi is originally from Budapest, Hungary, but grew up in Belgium. He completed his higher education in the United Kingdom, earning an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a D.V.M. from the Royal Veterinary College in London. He plans to pursue a residency in veterinary ophthalmology and also has an interest in clinical research. During veterinary school, he was actively involved in organized veterinary medicine, serving in leadership roles within the Student American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting national parks, and trying new restaurants.
