Michelle was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She graduated from both undergraduate and veterinary school at North Carolina State University. She has two cats of her own: one tuxedo named Tucker and a brown tabby named Shiloh. She is passionate about fear-free handling of her feline patients and happily considers herself a crazy cat lady. She spends her free time outdoors and loves hiking, long-distance running, and exploring new breweries and restaurants.
