Dr. Henao-Tamayo is an Associate Professor of Mycobacterial Immunology, Director of CSU-Flow Cytometry and Cells Sorting Core Facility, and Associate Department Head for Undergraduate Education. Her laboratory focuses in understanding the host-pathogen interaction during Mycobacterium tuberculosis transmission, and the immunopathogenesis of Mycobacterial infections. Dr. Henao-Tamayo is a recipient of the prestigious Monfort Professorship at CSU (2022).
