About Asma
Asma Omar is a PhD candidate in the department of Biomedical Sciences. Her research focuses on maternal diet and fetal programming, specifically, the effects of maternal high-fat diet on fetal metabolism and its link to the development of metabolic syndrome in offspring later in life.
