Amalia Ornelas

Amalia Ornelas serves as the executive assistant to hospital leadership within the Veterinary Health System. In this role, she provides high-level administrative and operational support, coordinating executive schedules, communications, strategic initiatives, and special projects.

Amalia brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare and higher-education administration and is recognized for her strong attention to detail, organizational leadership, and ability to manage complex operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration and is currently completing her master’s degree in business management through Western University.
