Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
After-hours drop off is available for small submission; whole animals must be delivered before 10 p.m. Visit the submit a sample page for more information about after-hours drop off.

Services provided on holidays:
- Closed
- Receiving will be closed. The after-hours drop-off area will be open and any samples dropped off will be received the next business day after the closure.
- Clinical Pathology will provide limited services, from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. If you have an urgent sample, please drop off the sample in the after-hours drop-off area and call the Clinical Pathology laboratory at (970) 297-1290. A technician will retrieve the sample from this location (do not wait, the sample will be collected at a later time).
- Emergency staffing only
- Sample Receiving will be open with limited staffing from 8 a.m.-noon to receive FedEx, UPS, and USPS deliveries.
- After-hours drop-off area will be open, and any samples dropped off after noon will be received the next business day after the closure.
- Clinical Pathology will provide limited services, from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. If you have an urgent sample, please drop off the sample in the after-hours drop-off area and call the Clinical Pathology laboratory at (970) 297-1290. A technician will retrieve the sample from this location (do not wait, the sample will be collected at a later time).
- The main office will be open from 8 a.m.-noon. If you have an emergency request, please call (970) 297-1281 and follow instructions to leave a message.
